ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for a personal assistant for our client in Lycksele. The position is a temporary hourly contract on an as-needed basis, meaning you will work when regular staff are on leave or absent due to illness.
Working Hours:
- 08:00-16:15
- 11:00-17:00
- 15:30-22:00
- 08:00-19:00 (weekends)
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction process immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a man in his 40s who enjoys outdoor activities and social gatherings. He also likes going on flea market trips. As an assistant, you will support him in all aspects of daily life.
Responsibilities:
- Support in daily routines and household chores
- Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
- Assistance with mobility, exercise, and tube feeding
- Support with communication
- Accompany and participate in bathing

REQUIREMENTS
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Non-smoker
- Tolerates chlorinated water
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a personal assistant
- Valid driver's license
Employment Level: 1 hour per week (temporary substitute).
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so order well in advance.
