ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Vilhelmina. Currently, we are looking for 3 part-time substitutes who want to work extra when needed.
The working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends as follows:
08:30-18:30
18:30-08:30
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a happy and active man in his 30s. He enjoys cycling, walking, and being out in nature. Additionally, he has a strong interest in motor vehicles and really enjoys going out in the car together with you as his assistant. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has Down syndrome.
The duties include:
Support with daily routines, such as household chores
Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
The client uses the following assistive devices.

REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Driver's license and access to a car
Previous work experience as a personal assistant or other care experience
Experience with Down syndrome
Employment level: 3 part-time substitutes as needed
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register control will cover both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
