About the Role
We are currently looking for a School Counselor (20% position) who wants to be an important part of our student health team and contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment for our students. As a counselor, you work preventively and promotively with student health, providing support for psychosocial issues. You collaborate with school leadership, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that students receive the right support at the right time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide support and counseling to students regarding psychosocial issues.
• Participate in the school's student health team and contribute your expertise.
• Work preventively and promotively to ensure a good learning environment.
• Collaborate with guardians and external actors when necessary.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• Is solution-oriented and maintains a professional approach.
• Thrives working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Social Work (Social Work) or other relevant higher education.
• Experience working with children and young people is an advantage.
• Knowledge of school regulations and the mandate of student health services is a plus.
