Description

Vilhelmina Municipality is seeking 1 personal assistant for a young woman, subject to necessary approvals. The position is a permanent employment at 90%. A probationary period may apply. The work is performed during the day, evening, and weekends.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a personal assistant for a young woman who is completely wheelchair-bound. You will work in her home, where her family and dog also live. You will also be available as support during activities outside the home. Your role is to positively support, encourage, and engage with the woman in her daily life. Duties include personal care, daily routines, training, etc.

Qualifications

We prefer candidates with education as a personal assistant, assistant nurse, childcare worker, or other relevant training. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. The ideal candidate should be humble, responsive, and flexible in their approach. A Category B driver's license is required.

Conditions

Apply by August 16th. Your application must include a cover letter, CV, and references. A certificate of good conduct (police record) is required prior to employment.
