We are looking for a thoughtful and engaged person who wants to be an extra support – and a source of joy – for an elderly lady living at home. The role is about contributing presence, companionship, and quality of life.

About the assignment

You will function somewhat like a family member – helping to add a golden touch to everyday life. This may involve:

• Going for walks or excursions
• Having coffee, chatting, and reading together
• Finding fun activities based on interests
• Being a social support and creating a sense of security
• Light cleaning and cooking
• Nighttime support and supervision

We are looking for someone who:

• Is warm, attentive, and reliable
• Enjoys spending time with older people
• Has patience and a positive attitude
• Is preferably creative and proactive

Previous experience with dementia is an advantage but not a requirement – personality and commitment are the most important factors.

Scope: We are currently looking for someone who wants to work night shifts awake from 21:00 to 08:00, 3–4 nights per week.
