Do you want to make a real difference for children, young people, adults, and families – while also helping to shape the future of social work? We are now looking for an engaged Family Therapist for our outpatient care and housing support services.

About the Position

As a Family Therapist, you provide support and treatment to children, young people, and their families, as well as adults within housing support. Interventions take place both in clients' homes and at our facilities.

Here, you will have an important role where you work closely with people undergoing change, contributing to increased security, independence, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing support and treatment to families in change processes
  • Working with motivational and change-oriented efforts
  • Supporting individuals in daily structures within housing support
  • Collaborating with social services, schools, and other actors
  • Documenting according to current guidelines

A Developing Operation

We are in an exciting phase of development where we are investing in strengthening and developing our outpatient care. In line with the new Social Services Act, we aim to work more preventively, early, and relationally to meet our citizens' needs in a sustainable way.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who not only wants to work within the operation but also help shape it. You are a team player who wants to contribute ideas, engagement, and drive to our joint development work.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a relevant university degree, such as social work, behavioral science, or equivalent
  • Have experience in family therapy and outpatient care (meritorious)
  • Want to work preventively and relationally
  • Are flexible, responsible, and have a professional approach
  • Enjoy working both independently and in teams
  • Have good documentation skills
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
