About the position

As an employee with us in the Individual and Family Care, you will be part of a small work group where you and your colleagues handle all common tasks within social services. This means you will work with authority exercises in areas such as children and youth, adults, family law, as well as addiction and financial support. Thanks to the small organization, you have good opportunities to develop both personally and professionally in your work, as you participate in all parts of the case process.

This work is often challenging, but it is so important. We are a work group where we all help each other.

You will work closely with our outpatient team, which consists of three therapists.

We are now looking for a social secretary for a fixed-term position with the possibility of extension. We offer you the opportunity for varied work where your contribution is of great importance. For our social secretaries with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, we apply a 32-hour work week, and there is an opportunity for holiday swapping. Regular external supervision, flexible working hours, and fitness activities during paid working time are also offered.

The work involves close dialogue with our citizens in need of support and help, as well as with actors both within and outside the organization/operation. You will be part of a work group of 6 social secretaries. A prerequisite for you as an employee and for the operation is engagement and a willingness to collaborate to move forward.

Qualifications
