I live just outside Umeå (with good bus connections) together with my family and have extensive care and support needs, which means double assistance around the clock. Here you work in a calm, safe, and cozy environment together with a dedicated team.

💼 About the position

As a personal assistant for me, you will have a meaningful job where you make a difference every day. You will be my support in practical matters and help me live as independent a life as possible.

Your tasks include:

• Assisting with transfers and personal care
• Being a practical support in daily life
• Being involved in my daily routines
• Contributing to a pleasant, stable, positive, and respectful environment

Shifts are day/evening or awake night, and you always work close to me and the rest of the team.

✨ Who fits the role?

You who have these qualities:

• Calm, safe, and responsible
• Empathetic, sensitive, and patient
• Precise and structured
• Very good command of Swedish
• Preferably experienced in personal assistance or a similar profession
• Not afraid of dogs (we have a dog in the home)
• Aged approx. 20–40 years

Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: According to agreement + terms according to collective agreement
