ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant in a part-time position with our client in Malå. In this schedule, you will work a few shifts per week, typically between 1–3 shifts. The need (hours per day) will increase over time, so there is an opportunity to work more in the future.
Working hours can be scheduled on weekdays or weekends as follows:
08:30–15:30
14:00–21:00
Start date is by agreement. We would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a 57-year-old woman. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has dementia. The work does not involve heavy lifting; the focus is on pedagogical support, structure, and companionship.
The tasks include supporting the client with:
daily routines and household chores
personal care and dressing/undressing

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of other individuals. Furthermore, you should have good patience and understanding. We want you to have cooking skills and enjoy cooking. The client requests female assistants, and personal suitability is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS
Basic knowledge of the Swedish language
Cooking skills and enjoyment of cooking
MERITS
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare and social care
Knowledge of dementia care and interaction
Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage.
Employment level: 1 permanent position with 1–3 shifts/week.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the position. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be made in good time.
