ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for you who want to work as a Personal Assistant for our client in Umeå. We offer a temporary position of approximately 80%, starting in week 33 until shortly after the New Year 2026/2027. Introductory training takes place during weeks 30-31. There may be an opportunity to start the position earlier as an hourly temporary worker.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00-15:00 weekdays
• 14:45-20:30 weekdays
• 08:00-18:00 weekends

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a young man in his mid-20s with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He uses various aids, including communication devices, a wheelchair, and a lifting device. As a Personal Assistant, your duties will include, among other things:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and communication
• Being present for him during his daily activities and finding leisure activities

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
