ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for two personal assistants for our client who lives in central Umeå. The positions are 75% and the working hours are scheduled as follows:
06:00–16:30
16:30–02:00
16:30–16:30 (occurs during weekends)
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a man in his mid-30s who lives in a villa with his partner. He has an active lifestyle and would therefore appreciate it if you, as an applicant, also thrive in such an environment. Days are often eventful, while evenings usually slow down. It is important to our client that you have drive and the ability to take initiative even during quieter moments. To enable the lifestyle he desires, he is now looking for a personal assistant who can act as his extended arm in everyday life.
Responsibilities:
Daily routines such as household chores and cooking
Personal care and mobility assistance

Our client values his independence and is therefore looking for an assistant who can contribute to him living as independent a life as possible. You need to have a good ability to read situations and know when it is time to take initiative and when you should step back and give space. Furthermore, you are meticulous, sensitive, and reliable. To thrive in the role, we also see that you appreciate an active everyday life.

Experience working as a personal assistant
Employment level: 2 positions at 75%.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning that the register control will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
