ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Nydalahöjd, Umeå. We are currently hiring for two vacant positions:
1 permanent position at 85% starting from September 1st
1 parental leave substitute position at 75% from September until December 16, 2026
For both positions, there is also an opportunity to work as an hourly substitute before and after the main employment. The working hours are scheduled as awake nights as follows:
Weekdays: 21:40 - 06:40
Weekends: 22:00 - 08:00
Start date is in September, and an introduction will be conducted prior to this.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a cheerful young woman in her 20s who needs help with all daily tasks. The duties include:
Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
Medication and inhalation
Mobility and transfers

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and approve the use of your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
