ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Vilhelmina. Currently, we are looking for 3 hourly substitute assistants who want to work extra when needed.

The working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends as follows:

• 08:30-18:30

• 18:30-08:30

Start date is by agreement, where we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a happy and active man in his 30s. He likes to cycle, go for walks, and spend time in nature. In addition, he has a strong interest in motor vehicles; he really enjoys going out in the car together with you as his assistant. Our client needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has Down syndrome.

The duties include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

The client uses the following assistive devices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Driver's license and access to a car

• Previous work experience as a personal assistant or other care experience

• Experience with Down syndrome

Employment level: 3 hourly substitutes as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed in good time.
