About the Position

We are currently looking for personal assistants for one of our users residing in Ålidhem. We start with a temporary position where you will be trained and get a feel for the job. Afterwards, there is an opportunity for a permanent position at 80%, 70%, or 60%, or potentially just as an extra hour-based substitute if that is what you prefer. Working hours vary between day, evening, and waking night shifts.

We prefer female applicants.

Personal Qualities

You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, ensuring smooth communication with the user and colleagues. You are attentive and have the ability to perceive the user's needs even when they are not expressed in words. You are calm, empathetic, and stable and have a positive attitude towards your work.

Responsibilities

You assist the user with tasks she cannot manage on her own, based on approved services. This may include:

• Mobility and personal hygiene
• Household chores and daily activities
• Support in communication and social contacts
