We are looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a man in his 50s who needs support in his daily life.

The duties include assistance with personal care, transfers, meals, household chores, as well as support with activities and errands outside the home. You will be an important support in creating safety, participation, and good quality of life.

We are looking for someone who is sensitive, reliable, and treats others with respect. Previous experience in personal assistance or care and support is an advantage, but personal suitability is highly valued. You must be able to work independently while remaining flexible according to the customer's needs.

We offer:

• Opportunity to work according to day, evening, night, and/or weekend schedules
• The position is 80-85%

Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills
• Experience from care, support, or personal assistance is an advantage
