I am a 38-year-old man living in my own apartment in Umeå. I am now looking for a substitute to join my wonderful work team. Someone who wants to help make my daily life meaningful! I have assistance around the clock, every day of the week.

Job Responsibilities:

You will work with me in the environments where I spend my time. I want an stimulating daily life and attend day activities.

Some of my interests include TV, music, going to the cinema, and I love being outdoors.

I need help with all daily chores that may arise, dressing and undressing, as well as tasks related to my personal hygiene.

As I have long-term absence from one of my regular assistants, I need you to cover for them. Shifts are scheduled during day shifts, evening shifts, and awake nights. Apply now as I need you immediately.

The temporary position will be filled after agreement and successful onboarding.

What qualities should you have?

You need to be good at listening and picking up on cues, have drive and engagement, and be solution-oriented. It is also important that you value and contribute to a non-hierarchical and thoughtful work environment.

Someone who enjoys working with people and wants to help make my daily life meaningful. Both women and men work with me. No prior experience is required as personal suitability is highly valued.

It is important that you speak fluent Swedish and it is a plus if you also speak Spanish.
