About the Position

You now have the opportunity to work as a personal assistant via a SOL (Special Support) decision in ordinary housing for a young woman living centrally in Storuman. The assignment falls under the home care operations within the care administration. As a personal assistant in this context, you will belong to a work group with several other personal assistants, where you will collectively be available to support the person you work for.

Being a personal assistant essentially means being a person's extended arm and enabling them to live their life with good living conditions. Together with other personal assistants, you will ensure that the person in question receives the assistance she needs year-round, around the clock. This means working night shifts as well. All positions are scheduled, requiring weekend and evening work. During night shifts, staff are on sleeping duty.

Together with the user and her family, we are now looking for you, who, together with your colleagues, can help create a functional daily life for her. Regarding your education and experience, we consider various backgrounds possible. The most important factor is not having a specific education, but rather that we assess you as suitable for the assignment. You need to be service-oriented, calm, and secure. Previous experience in care work is positive but not a requirement. A dog may be part of daily life. A driver's license with category B is an advantage but not a requirement.
