ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant at 80% for our client in Robertsfors. We are currently looking for a total of 3 colleagues for permanent positions.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
- Weekdays and weekends, varying times (both day and evening shifts)
Start date is September 1st, but we would appreciate it if you could start your introduction well in advance.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is an elderly woman who is super active and loves being out and doing things in her daily life. She needs your help as an assistant to continue living her life to the fullest.
Tasks:
- Support with daily routines and household chores
- Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
- Accompany and support the client during various activities and outings

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of other individuals. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and engaged. REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Category B driver's license
BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working as a personal assistant or other care experience
Employment level: 3 permanent positions at 80%.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply which mean that the register check includes both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
