ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Umeå. We offer a fixed-term position of approximately 80% starting in week 33 until shortly after the New Year 2026/2027. Introduction takes place during weeks 30-31. There may be an opportunity to start the position earlier as an hourly substitute.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00-15:00 weekdays
• 14:45-20:30 weekdays
• 08:00-18:00 weekends

Start date is by agreement, and we would be happy if you could begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a young man in his mid-20s with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He uses various aids, including communication aids, a wheelchair, and a lifting device. As a personal assistant, your duties will include, among other things:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and communication
• Being present for him during his daily activities and engaging in leisure activities

Employment level: Fixed-term position of approximately 80%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both the certificate of no criminal record and the certificate of suspicion record. The certificate is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
