ABOUT THE POSITION

At Aktiv Assistans, we are currently looking for a personal assistant for our client in Umeå. The position is a permanent employment at 75%, with working hours scheduled during day and evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends.

Start date is by agreement, and we would prefer if you could start the introduction process soon.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a woman who lives an active family life! She resides in the central parts of Umeå. As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the client's life and home, where your main task is to provide the support needed to create a safe, independent, and active existence.

Responsibilities:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores and cooking
• Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
• Assistance and support with mobility
• Support with exercise
• Leisure activities and social activities

Employment level: 1 permanent position at 75%, starting as soon as possible.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record (belastningsregisterutdrag). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both the certificate of no criminal record and the certificate of suspicion (misstankeregister). The certificate is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
