We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 14-year-old girl in Sävar. This is an assignment for you who appreciate building relationships, creating security, and contributing to another person's development over time.

The work does not involve heavy lifting or physically demanding tasks. Instead, the focus is on presence, communication, security, and creating conditions for a good everyday life. You will have the opportunity to develop valuable knowledge in communication, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and low-affective interaction – experiences that are useful both in working life and in meeting people throughout life.

You will work closely with a warm and engaged family who see the assistance as an important part of their daughter's quality of life. Together, you create a secure everyday life where development can take place at its own pace. This is an assignment where you often get a lot back. The more you engage in the relationship, communication, and daily life, the more opportunity you have to see progress, build trust, and experience the joy of small and large steps along the way.

The workplace is located in a calm and nature-friendly environment near the sea, which contributes to a harmonious working environment in Sävar with good conditions for focus and presence. The position is also suitable for you who are studying and looking for meaningful work alongside your studies.

About the position

We are looking for both those who want to work on a scheduled roster and those who want to work extra when needed. Since the assignment is new, there is an opportunity to be involved from the start, grow into the role, and develop your position over time. We are happy to tell you more about the assignment and discuss together what scope might suit you.

Work shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, and awake night.

We prefer female applicants based on the customer's wishes. An extract from the criminal record will be requested before employment.
