ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are currently looking for 2 casual part-time employees who can step in as needed for our child client in Skellefteå. The work is primarily performed when regular staff is on sick leave or on leave.

The working hours are as follows:

• Weekdays 08:00-15:00, 14:00-21:30, 22:00-08:00.
• Weekends 08:00-17:00, 11:00-21:30, 21:30-08:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could begin your introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 13-year-old girl with an interest in animals, dancing, video games, and crafts. She has limited ability to speak for herself but expresses emotions clearly through facial expressions and sounds. She has recently been assigned a handheld computer with eye-tracking, which will gradually become a support in her communication. The client needs extensive support in all aspects of daily life and also has a diagnosis of epilepsy.

The tasks include:

• Support with daily routines, such as household chores
• Mobility using various aids
• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

The client uses an electric wheelchair, a standing frame, and communication aids.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Tolerance for pets - There is a cat in the home
• Non-smoker

MERITS

• Previous experience as a personal assistant, or other work within care and social services
• Experience working with various types of technical or physical aids.

Employment level: 2 casual part-time employees as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
