Do you want meaningful work? Aktiv Assistans is now expanding our team in Norsjö and looking for four dedicated employees who want to help build a new, secure support system for our client.
ABOUT THE POSITIONS
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Norsjö. We are recruiting staff for the following positions:
Working during day and evening hours (weekdays and weekends). Night shifts may occur.
As the assistance assignment is in a setup phase, the exact working hours are not yet fixed. There are good opportunities to help shape routines from the start.
Start date is immediate, so we would prefer that you can start your introduction right away.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a man in his 50s living in his own apartment in central Norsjö. He has a great interest in electronics, movies, fishing, walking, and going to the cinema. A unique part of this job is that the client would like you to bring your own dog to work, provided the dog is friendly. He needs your help as an assistant in his daily life as he has epilepsy, and severe seizures can occur. The client attends daily activities a couple of days a week.
Responsibilities:
Provide support and create participation in daily routines and household chores.
Active participation in the client's daily activities.
Be a pedagogical support and help with reminders in daily life.
Keep watch and act safely during epileptic seizures.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who is secure and stable, so that you can maintain your calm during an epileptic seizure. You have a pedagogical approach and meet our client with respect. We would like you to be responsible, communicative, and understand the importance of punctuality and continuity to create security for the client.

REQUIREMENTS
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing, to ensure communication and documentation.
BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Category B driver's license.
Work experience within healthcare.
Healthcare education.
Experience with epilepsy.
Employment level: 4 larger part-time positions.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
