About Us
We are an outpatient clinic in custom-fitted premises and are looking for you who are innovative and want to develop new ways of working together with patients with chronic diseases.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include being the face of the clinic to our patients in our reception area, providing a friendly welcome, and performing some medical record documentation in the Take Care system.
You will also perform other administrative tasks such as mail handling, telephone duties, and cash handling.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have experience working as a receptionist. You have a medical secretary education, healthcare administrator education, or other education that may be relevant for the tasks.
You are computer literate and can express yourself well in speech and writing. We would appreciate it if you had experience with the medical record system Take Care.
Personal Attributes
You have a positive attitude towards work, patients, and colleagues. You are organized and meticulous, have the ability to work in a structured manner – plan, organize, and complete tasks on time. You can work both independently and in a team and adapt easily to new circumstances. We place great emphasis on personal attributes.
More Information About the Application
This is a hourly-based employment with start date upon agreement. The employment level can amount to approximately 50%.

The position is subject to the condition that it does not need to be filled for internal transfer, according to current regulations.
In the case of patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A background check is applied before a decision on employment is made, according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
