Operations Associate – Join us in building Sweden's sharpest team in public funding and tax optimization

Eunify Solutions helps companies identify, apply for, optimize, and utilize public funding, tax reductions, deductions, and grants. We are a company in a strong growth phase; we are currently building new teams, processes, and systems to scale our delivery to more customers.

We are a small, tightly knit group with high ambitions and short decision-making paths. Here, you won't get lost in a large machine; you will be seen, noticed, and your work will matter from day one. Additionally, you will be personally onboarded by one of our founders, so you will never feel left to figure things out on your own.

About the role

As an Operations Associate, you will become a central part of our delivery organization. You will work closely with customers and sales teams to drive projects to completion, ranging from energy tax reductions to applications for public support, with high quality and precision. You will handle cases, lead customer presentations, and ensure the customer feels secure throughout the entire journey.

This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to truly enter the workforce, learn quickly, and grow alongside the company.

What you will do

• Gather, compile, and quality-assure documentation and data from customers and suppliers
• Own and drive cases through our CRM throughout the entire delivery chain
• Prepare calculations and documentation for applications and reviews
• Present reports to customers and answer questions that arise during the review
• Collaborate closely with the sales team for smooth handovers
• Keep track of deadlines so that nothing falls through the cracks

Qualifications

• Completed post-secondary education
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing; good knowledge of English is an advantage
• Familiar with digital systems; CRM experience is an advantage but not a requirement
• Comfortable speaking in front of customers, even in small group meetings
