About the role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a government agency located centrally in Stockholm. You will contribute your administrative expertise by managing administrative routines, planning and coordinating activities, and working according to established procedures and processes. The role also involves acting as operational support to the business, as well as drafting letters, minutes, documentation, and other administrative documents. Responsibilities further include handling recurring administrative tasks such as copying, sorting, and mail handling, as well as maintaining ongoing contact with both employees and the public.
Other common tasks:
- Perform simple calculations, compilations, and diagrams.
- Make calendar and meeting bookings.
- Perform travel planning.
- Make independent decisions based on known action alternatives.
- Project planning and follow-up of projects.
- Write minutes and other documents according to instructions regarding content.
Assignment period and scope
The position of Administrator is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 2026-09-01, initially lasting until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension up to 1000 hours.
The work is primarily performed at the agency's office in central Stockholm. After an introductory period, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to two days a week, subject to agreement with the responsible manager.
Requirements for the role:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years of work experience as an administrator/assistant.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Qualifications that would be advantageous:
- Work experience in administration longer than three years.
- Work experience from the administration of fees/honorariums.
