About Carla At Carla, we want to set a new standard for how to buy (electric) cars. Our goal is that buying a car digitally should be just as easy and secure as buying anything else online. Of course, all cars must be chargeable. The company was founded in 2020 in Stockholm and is now in an exciting growth phase. We now have the opportunity to offer an internship in our wonderful People team.

About the People Department As a trainee in Carla's People/HR department, you will work with 5 competent and engaged colleagues:

• Our excellent Head of Talent Acquisition focuses on employer branding and recruiting all our talented staff, but also leads the Glue group, which ensures we have engaging and fun social activities.

• Our fantastic HR Partner who works with both HR and recruitment as well as payroll matters.

• Our newest star addition in Talent Acquisition works primarily with recruiting for our production roles at our core location in Kungängen.

• Our experienced CHRO ties together the People portfolio and is, of course, part of Carla's management group.

We work in modern HR and recruitment systems, such as Teamtailor for recruitment, which enables efficient, digital, and structured HR work.

Together we create the people agenda and contribute to successful company building with sky-high employee satisfaction.

About the Role

Since Carla is a scale-up, there is a unique opportunity to get insight into all HR areas, but you will focus primarily on recruitment. Examples of tasks may include:

• Recruitment:

  • Writing job ads

  • Sourcing and conducting interviews with candidates

  • Identifying smart ways to work with recruitment

  • Challenging existing ways of working with the help of AI, among other things

• HR:

  • Supporting questions related to work environment and well-being

  • Updating processes and employee data in our HR system

  • Coordinating initiatives and projects related to staff

  • Analyzing People Data and suggesting actions

And as with everything else at Carla – the sky is the limit!
