About the role

You belong to the Process Development and Evaluation unit together with other business developers. At the same time, you work in a cross-functional team within Vinnova's agile product organization. Together with colleagues from different functions and competence areas, you contribute to developing Vinnova's operations to meet future needs.

In the role, you drive and coordinate development efforts with a focus on digitalization and business development. You analyze the operation's needs, challenges, and development opportunities. You turn ideas into concrete improvements and drive development from needs identification to testing, learning, and implementation of new ways of working and digital solutions. An important part of the role is to support the operations in understanding and taking advantage of the opportunities that new technology creates.

Examples of tasks:

  • Explore the operation's needs through dialogues, workshops, and analyses.
  • Identify how AI, automation, and other digital solutions can create operational value and develop ways of working.
  • Develop concrete development initiatives together with digital product teams and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and test hypotheses, simple prototypes, or visualizations together with users in the operation before broader implementation.
  • Support managers, process owners, and employees in understanding, anchoring, and using new ways of working in practice.
  • Follow up that new ways of working and digital solutions create the intended value and adjust direction based on lessons learned and achieved effects.

Qualifications

  • University education in a relevant field or other education and experience that the employer considers equivalent.
  • Experience in translating operational needs into concrete proposals or materials for development.
  • Experience in business development related to digital solutions.
  • Experience in handling complex problems and translating analysis into sustainable solutions.
  • Experience working with agile ways of working, such as iterative development, outcome steering, and hypothesis-driven work.
  • Experience in iterative work, such as formulating hypotheses, testing solutions, and learning from results.
  • Experience working with prototypes, low-code/no-code (e.g., Power Apps, Figma, or similar), or other digital development tools.
  • Good ability to collaborate with both operations and technical roles.
  • Good ability to communicate, facilitate, and create engagement between different stakeholders.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English. You express yourself well in speech and writing in both languages.

Meritorious

  • Experience in renewal work in a complex organization.
  • Experience in a similar role in a government agency, municipality, region, or other operation with high demands for transparency, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in user-centered development and involving operations in change work.
  • Experience in practical application of generative AI or AI-based tools in business development.
  • Experience in AI-supported prototype development, for example through vibe coding.

Location

We apply a hybrid working model where remote work is combined with office work. At least half of the working time should be spent at our activity-based office at Mäster Samuelsgatan 56 in Stockholm, a few minutes' walk from the Central Station.

Employment

The position is a permanent employment. A probation period of six months applies.
