The Role of Office Coordinator
As an Office Coordinator, you have a broad and important function where you are responsible for ensuring the office operates efficiently and that employees receive the right support in their daily work. You work proactively and are a natural point of contact for questions, initiatives, and improvements. This is a role for you if you enjoy juggling multiple tasks, like solving problems, and appreciate a daily routine that combines administration with service and coordination.
Examples of Responsibilities
- Prepare workstations, equipment, and access rights for new hires
- Manage office supplies and inventory IT equipment
- Update documentation and organizational information
- Coordinate meetings and book conference rooms
- Ensure meeting environments are functional and ready when needed
- Administer access rights to premises and systems
- Support employees with practical questions and solutions
- Contribute to developing and improving administrative processes and routines
Your Background, Experience, and Competence
We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role with many contact points and has a natural sense for service and structure.
- Experience in administrative work or another coordinating role
- Good ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Accustomed to working independently and taking initiative
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Comfortable with systems and an interest in IT-related matters
- Experience in providing service and support to employees in a business setting
As a person, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping others. You are structured, proactive, and like to create order and efficiency in your surroundings.

Good to Know
