As a SEM Specialist, you are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search advertising with a focus on creating profitable and long-term growth for clients.

You work through the entire process – from analysis and strategy to implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization – and collaborate closely with both clients and internal specialists.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads
• Work with Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and other relevant campaign types
• Conduct keyword analysis, develop bidding strategies, and optimize audiences and ad copy
• Analyze data and identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance
• Contribute to the development of tracking, data quality, and measurement in collaboration with the team
• Present results, analyses, and recommendations to clients
• Collaborate closely with SEO and Paid Social specialists to create an effective holistic strategy
• Drive continuous development and test new solutions to maximize business value for clients

• Have 3–5 years of experience with SEM and Google Ads
• Have experience from an agency or in-house role, preferably within e-commerce or digital business development
• Have good experience optimizing campaigns based on business goals and profitability
• Work in a data-driven manner and possess strong analytical skills
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by testing new ideas and working methods
• Take initiative and drive your work independently
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

Additional qualifications that are a plus:

• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or other analytics and tracking tools
• Experience with Paid Social or other digital advertising platforms
• Experience with conversion optimization and A/B testing
• Experience with e-commerce and performance marketing in fast-paced environments
