Your new role

We are currently looking for a Recruiter for a government agency with an important societal mission. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a knowledge-intensive organization and recruit some of the country's most qualified specialists.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and job profiling to advertising, selection, interviews, reference checks, and hiring. You work independently and closely with the agency's managers to ensure professional and high-quality recruitment.

You will be recruiting for a wide variety of positions, including but not limited to: Healthcare, Law, Social Work, Statistics and Analysis, IT, Finance, HR, and administrative support functions.

The organization is characterized by high academic competence, where many of the positions require specialist knowledge and substantial experience.

To succeed in this role, you need

  • Several years of experience independently driving recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • At least 2 years of experience recruiting within the public sector.
  • Substantial practical experience in competency-based recruitment and familiarity with working according to this methodology throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Confidence in dialogue with managers and candidates, working in a structured, consultative, and quality-conscious manner.
  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
