Sundenströms Redovisning AB is an accounting firm with offices in Örby Slott, Stockholm.

We work with bookkeeping, final accounts, annual reports, tax returns, payroll management, and invoicing.

Our customers consist of both small and medium-sized enterprises.

We currently provide accounting services to about 20 companies, primarily in the Stockholm region.

Our business idea is based on personal service and providing the customer with a cost-effective holistic solution.

As a person, you are meticulous, ambitious, and have an eye for detail.

You will work with various customers in different industries, primarily smaller companies.

You must have previous experience working at another accounting firm with similar tasks.

You have high ambitions in your professional role and strive, just like us, to constantly improve at what you do.

Proficiency in Swedish and Polish, both spoken and written, is a requirement due to extensive customer contact and handling of various communication channels. We are looking for you who are an accounting assistant and have work experience in the field in an independent role.

Through education and experience, you master the field well. We would like you to have worked at an accounting firm previously or worked as an accounting assistant within a small or medium-sized company. You can also be a recent graduate who is passionate about starting to work with accounting at an established firm.

It is important that you have a pleasant demeanor and are responsive, loyal, and enduring. Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Ongoing accounting
  • Handling VAT and tax declarations
  • Reconciliations
  • Monthly and annual closing work
  • Involvement in annual reports
  • Reporting and analysis

The right person has the opportunity to create their own role within the team, and the development opportunities are significant.

We work with several accounting systems and would appreciate it if you have good computer skills and experience with Visma Ekonomi, Visma Lön, and MS Office.
