FMTIS Technical and Maintenance Office Management Systems (TVK Ledsyst). TVK Ledsyst is responsible for the overall management of the Swedish Armed Forces' command and information systems and acts as the Armed Forces' purchaser of system administration, operation, and maintenance in the area. Currently, 190 people work at TVK Ledsyst. The unit is growing steadily, and tasks related to security services are increasing accordingly.

The Leadership Support Section is one of three sections within the Coordination Department.

The main task of the Coordination Department is to serve as the unit's staff and coordination function. The department consists of three sections that handle common functions:

• Production Section - develops production plans, prepares new production tasks, drives and executes assignments, coordinates orders, coordinates Infrastructure, and drives improvement work within the production area
• Economics Section - is responsible for the unit's accounting, functionally leads the unit's economic control, budgeting, follow-up, and forecasting
• Leadership Support Section - supports the unit and management with administrative tasks, personnel services, mobilization/readiness, internal logistics, signal security, communication, internal infrastructure, and security services

Main Responsibilities

As a Security Case Officer at the Leadership Support Section, your tasks will contribute to solving the department's assignments by, for example:

• Conducting security vetting
• Handling security protection agreements and applications for register checks
• Coordinating and processing security reporting
• Processing all relevant questions within the area of exposure of security-sensitive operations where the authority is required to follow the Security Protection Act (2018:585), the Security Protection Ordinance, and the Swedish Armed Forces' internal regulations regarding security services.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• At least a completed upper secondary education
• Documented experience in working with security issues
• Experience in independently processing complex cases
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Good computer skills and use of MS Office
• Category B driver's license

Personal Attributes

We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, meticulous, and security-conscious. You need to be service-oriented, enjoy working both independently and in a team, have the ability to quickly switch between different tasks, and be able to increase the pace while maintaining focus when necessary.

You have high social competence and integrity, while also having the ability to build trust and be a good listener. You handle communication well in meetings, both physical meetings and contacts via phone and email. Your good administrative skills and computer proficiency are needed to process cases, and you will also handle various systems.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Documented experience in working with security issues
• Post-secondary education with a security focus
• Completed security training within the Swedish Armed Forces, for example, security services case officer
• Experience working within a government authority or larger organization with complex tasks
• Experience working in operations covered by the Security Protection Act
