We are now looking for an Administrator at 50% for an established technology and service company in Uppsala. Here you will work broadly with administration, support various parts of the business, and contribute to creating flow in daily operations.

This role is perfect for you who are seeking a long-term opportunity to work part-time, which can conveniently be combined with studies, preferably in technology or other relevant education. For the right person, there are good opportunities for future development within the company, as the position leads to a permanent employment contract.

About the Company

Our client is an established company operating within technical contracting and service solutions. The company combines the family-like atmosphere of a smaller office with the strength and stability of a larger organization. Here, people work closely together, with short decision-making paths, an open-door policy, and a strong focus on collaboration.

This is a temp-to-perm position where you are initially employed as a consultant by Framtiden Business for 12 months, before transitioning to a permanent position with our client. The position is 50% and based at the client's office in Uppsala. Free parking is available for those with a car. Since you will be a central function in daily operations, the role requires full presence at the office with flexible working hours within standard office times.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Administrator, you will be a key support function for the business, working closely with finance, project managers, and technical staff. You will handle a wide variety of administrative tasks and contribute structure, service, and coordination to daily work. This role suits you if you appreciate variety and enjoy helping out wherever needed.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Ordering workwear
  • Handling ID06 and SSG (managing permissions)
  • Booking service, inspections, and administration regarding the company's vehicles
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Administrative support to the finance department
  • Support to project managers in various administrative matters
  • Updating and administering contracts
  • Other office-related tasks

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order and structure while being flexible enough to switch between different tasks throughout the day. As a person, you are unpretentious, service-oriented, and thrive in a role where you support colleagues and contribute to smooth operations. You appreciate a family-like work environment where people help each other and stepping in where needed is second nature.

We would like you to have good administrative skills and feel confident using digital tools and the Office suite. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have an easy time collaborating and building relationships with colleagues and partners.

Requirements for the role:

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite and general computer literacy
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Passed security clearance prior to employment
  • On-site presence required

Success Factors
  • Experience from and understanding of the technology, contracting, or industrial sectors
  • Student in one of the above-mentioned fields
  • System proficiency and administrative attention to detail
  • Service-oriented, unpretentious, and proactive
