The Role As the Staffing Coordinator for Uppsala NäraKut, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring staff allocation. You ensure that the right competence is in place to meet the organization's needs and support managers and employees in staffing-related matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for scheduling and staffing plans based on operational needs and current agreements
  • Coordinate substitutes, short-term and long-term replacements, and handle recruitment needs in consultation with managers
  • Monitor attendance, absence, and overtime, and propose measures to optimize resource usage
  • Participate in continuous improvement work to develop staffing processes and routines
  • Serve as a support to operational managers in occupational health and staffing-related issues

About You We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You have a good ability to prioritize and make decisions in a changing daily routine and thrive when working close to operations and with people. You are service-oriented, receptive, and have a professional attitude in your interactions with employees and managers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in staffing, scheduling, or personnel administration, preferably from healthcare or public sector
  • Ability to monitor the daily inflow of patients against planned staffing
  • Good understanding of collective agreements and working time regulations is an advantage
  • Experience working in administrative systems; experience with personnel systems is an advantage
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Experience working in healthcare is an advantage
  • Experience with Medvind, Cosmic, and Microsoft is an advantage

Employment Terms Employment type: Permanent or as agreed. Scope: Full-time or part-time as agreed. Start date: As agreed. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement applies.
