The Unit for Legal Investigation and Administration / The Legal Department is now seeking a Lawyer for a fixed-term assignment.
Our Operations
The parishes and congregations of the Church of Sweden are the principal authorities for funeral services in almost all of Sweden. The assignment is regulated by the state and constitutes an important part of society's basic functions. The Legal Department at the Church's national level has an overarching coordinating and advisory responsibility in funeral matters. As a lawyer with us, you will become part of a team that supports the funeral services in legal matters.
Responsibilities

Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who:
- Have a law degree.
- Express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Are analytical, curious and have an easy time getting into complex issues.
- Have in-depth knowledge of general administrative law and have an open and collaborative approach.

- Knowledge of the Church of Sweden's organization.
