FMTIS Technical and Maintenance Office Management Systems (TVK Ledsyst) is responsible for the overall management of the Swedish Armed Forces' command and information systems during peace, crisis, and war, and acts as the Swedish Armed Forces' client for system management, operations, and maintenance in this area. TVK Ledsyst also develops the agency's internal IT systems. The unit is growing, with a current staff of approximately 190 employees, and new tasks are being added gradually.
TVK Ledsyst is functionally led by the Swedish Armed Forces Headquarters and has its main operations located in Enköping.
Main Responsibilities
As a Quality Handler (internal job title: Handover Specialist), you provide qualified support to system owners and clients during equipment and system handovers. In collaboration with FMV (Swedish Defence Materiel Administration) and other relevant actors, you provide methodological support, monitor requirement fulfillment, and quality-assure deliveries by verifying that they have a complete and correct basis to be taken over for long-term management. The work focuses on the handover of command support systems and command equipment to the Swedish Armed Forces and includes, among other things:
- participation in requirements work
- continuous requirement fulfillment dialogues with FMV or other suppliers
- review of documentation
- preparation of decision-making materials
- verification that systems, equipment, and associated documentation meet the requirements for handover to the Swedish Armed Forces
As a Quality Handler, you therefore need to be well-versed in the regulations governing the handover, design, and maintenance of systems and equipment in the Swedish Armed Forces. This also requires high cooperation skills and the ability to build relationships. The role also involves conducting training within the area. The tasks may develop over time.
Requirements
- Academic degree in IT, economics, engineering, logistics, or another relevant field. Alternatively, other education or experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Several years of experience in administratively driving projects forward through collaboration and good communication with good results.
- Good skills in communicating in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Valid driver's license (Category B)

- Relevant and current work experience from the Swedish Armed Forces, FMV, or another agency
- Knowledge of design rules in the Swedish Armed Forces
- Experience with the Swedish Armed Forces' handover routines
- Knowledge of maintenance in the Swedish Armed Forces
- Knowledge of information and system security
- Good knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' IT systems
- Experience and knowledge of the support systems LIFT, PRIO, IDA, and Teamcenter
- Experience in quality assurance, requirements management, or governing processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
