PHM Customer Service is looking for a Customer Service Representative

PHM Customer Service supports the group's Swedish companies by handling incoming phone calls, emails, and fault reports. We are now looking for an engaged customer service representative who wants to become part of our team in Solna.

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key contact person for our customers. You answer incoming calls and emails, register fault reports, and guide customers to the appropriate department when necessary. You will also collaborate closely with the back offices and supervisors of the various companies to ensure a high level of service.

We are looking for someone who

• has experience in customer service, preferably within the property industry or a similar field
• is computer literate and comfortable working with various systems
• has good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• communicates fluently in Swedish and has good proficiency in English
• is service-oriented, responsible, attentive, and solution-focused
• thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a positive attitude.

Working hours: Weekdays, excluding public holidays, 07:00–16:00. The work is performed on-site at our office.Location: SolnaStart date: According to agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
