About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you work with sales directed towards industrial companies and are responsible for creating and nurturing long-term customer relationships. You drive the business from the initial contact all the way to closing the deal. You thrive in a role with significant autonomy and understand that initiative and business drive are crucial for success. You are offered an independent role where you combine field sales, customer visits, and quotation work with close collaboration with production and technical support. You will become a key part of driving sales growth and delivering high-quality service to customers across several industries.

You enjoy working out at the customer site while simultaneously contributing to internal improvements. You have the ability to create clear business proposals and thrive in an environment with a high pace and varied working days. Responsibilities

  • Identify and process new customers and business opportunities within the industrial segment

  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and prepare quotations

  • Collaborate with production, technical support, and project management to ensure customer requirements and delivery quality

Qualifications and Experience

  • A certain technical interest and the ability to quickly understand customer needs and product solutions

  • Good negotiation and communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

  • Experience in project sales or technical consulting is a plus

  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and ability to travel for work
