Two teams have openings
Team 5 – Work in the office
Here, the terms are fixed hourly wage + commission from day one, as we can see you and ensure you are on-site. You work at the office with colleagues and managers close by. Perfect for those who prefer being on-site but do not seek the full flexibility offered by Team 7 after the introduction period.
Working hours: Weekdays, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00

Team 7 – Work from home
You start in our fast-track program with variable compensation from the start. Once you are well-versed in the role and we see that you are delivering results, there is an opportunity to switch to fixed hourly wage + commission – the same structure and earning potential as in Team 5, but with full flexibility to continue working on your terms and from your chosen location.
You connect to the office from your own laptop, wherever you are, with a fixed hourly wage and commission.
Working hours: Same as the offices – weekdays, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00
Important information
The role involves making phone calls throughout the entire workday. In your application, we therefore ask you to briefly describe why you enjoy phone-based work and what enables you to handle and appreciate having many conversations every day with different people.
All work is conducted via the employer's internal system, the same system used by our office teams. You do not use a private phone or private phone number – the system, login credentials, and technical tools are provided by the employer.
Clarification
All calls are made through our system. You do not call from your own phone or use a private number. It works exactly the same as it does in the office.
Requirements for remote work:
- No previous experience needed – we provide all training.
- You must have your own computer (PC or Mac).
- Stable internet connection.
- Headset or headphones with a microphone.
- Microsoft Teams installed.
⏳ In this role, the phone is your primary work tool, and we are looking for someone who thrives on calling customers, conducting conversations, and building customer relationships via phone.
