As a retail sales assistant at Myrorna, your main task will be to be available for customers, listen to their needs, and ensure that the store inspires purchases. The duties include customer service, cash register duties, valuation, window/display presentation, physical and digital exposure, warehouse work, unpacking goods, receiving merchandise, and cleaning. Are you the one we are looking for? To succeed in this role, you have current retail experience from the retail sector, and we would appreciate it if you have worked with the visual expression in-store to help ensure an inspiring store environment that creates a desire to buy through exposure. As a person, you easily absorb new information and knowledge, giving you the prerequisites to quickly get into the role. You have strong social skills and the ability to create good and trusting collaboration with your colleagues. Since the conditions in the store can change from day to day, it is important that you thrive in a changing environment. You are structured, independent, service-oriented, flexible, enjoy working at a fast pace, and can handle physically demanding work. Of course, you have a great interest in fashion and interior design, and we assess that you need to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Myrorna is covered by collective agreements, and for retail sales assistants, it is the retail trade agreement.
