Do you want to contribute to the development of tomorrow's industrial solutions? We are looking for a technical inside sales representative with the ability to analyze customer needs, develop effective solutions, and drive business from idea to delivery.

About the role

As a technical inside sales representative, you serve as a central link between the customer, design, production, and sales. You are responsible for understanding the customer's needs, developing technical solutions, and converting these into competitive offers and feasible projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing customer contact via phone, email, and digital meetings.
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing technical solution proposals.
  • Calculations and preparation of offers.
  • Adapting and further developing products based on customer requirements.
  • Close collaboration with production, design, and procurement to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Follow-up of business from initial contact to delivery.
  • Contributing to the development of our product range and digital tools.
  • Active participation in the company's continued growth.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a strong technical interest.
  • Is analytical and solution-oriented.
  • Has experience in technical sales, project management, or production.
  • Has good ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
  • Is structured, meticulous, and responsible.
  • Thrives working independently and driving own business.
  • Is computer literate and quick to learn new business systems.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Qualifications that are a plus:

  • Experience in industrial operations or manufacturing companies.
  • Knowledge of CAD or other technical drawing programs.
  • Experience with calculations and offer preparation.
  • Experience with special-purpose products.
  • Project sales within B2B.
