Abileer offers technical products and solutions for commercial vehicles, industry, and workshops. Our wide range includes, among other things, vehicle lighting, vehicle equipment, load securing, protective equipment, as well as consumables and workshop equipment. We work exclusively B2B and help customers in the wholesale channel, vehicle dealers, OEMs, upfitting companies, and industry create safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions – with a focus on long-term collaborations, high service levels, and strong technical competence.

Abileer is now looking for a Sales Manager for Central Sweden who wants to take overall responsibility for the district and continue to develop the business together with both existing and new customers.

A role with freedom and responsibility

As the Sales Manager, you will be Abileer's primary representative in the district. You will work closely with dealers, vehicle upfitters, and other customers within the automotive and aftermarket sector. The role involves significant freedom to plan and drive your work, while you are responsible for developing sales, revenue, and profitability in the area.

You are responsible for creating activity in the district through customer visits, follow-ups, and business development initiatives. At the same time, you work systematically with sales planning, quotation work, and follow-up to ensure long-term sustainable growth.

To succeed, you need to be business-minded, curious, and have an easy ability to build trust. You thrive working independently but also appreciate collaboration with colleagues in sales, product, marketing, and support.

There is great freedom in the role. You are responsible for your district, plan your own daily routine, and have ample opportunity to influence how you develop the business forward, Johanna continues.

Examples of tasks:

  • Represent Abileer and the company's product portfolio at customer sites and with partners.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the district.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish new customer contacts.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits and other sales activities.
  • Be responsible for sales, revenue, and profitability within your district.
  • Work with quotation preparation, pricing, and business terms.
  • Follow up on sales results and work systematically towards set goals.
  • Participate in industry fairs, customer events, and sales conferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in product, marketing, and support to develop the business.

The district covers a large area in Central Sweden, with a focus around Västerås, Örebro, Karlstad, Arvika, and Skövde. A suitable place of residence could be Örebro and surroundings, but other locations within the district may also be relevant.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who thrive in a role where you can combine sales, customer relationships, and business development. You are a person who enjoys meeting people, building long-term collaborations, and creating business over time. At the same time, you are self-motivated, structured, and enjoy the freedom to plan and drive your own work.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or another relationship-building role.
  • Ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience with customer visits, sales work, and business development.
  • Experience with quotation work, pricing, or business negotiations.
  • Good business acumen and strong personal drive.
  • Interest in technical products and solution-oriented sales.
  • Experience with CRM or business systems.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

Experience from the automotive industry, industry, or other technically oriented operations is meritorious.
