The Business Area Large Caliber Systems (LCS) now needs to strengthen its organization with an operational buyer based in Lindesberg. You will primarily support our strategic buyers with the following tasks:

• Purchasing of assigned articles
• Delivery monitoring
• Handling and initiating corrective actions in case of deviations and delivery delays
• Updating article data and planning parameters in our business system MS D365

Your responsibilities also include assisting with inquiry work prior to customer quotes, as well as contributing to improvements in operational purchasing and in our business system.

We are looking for you who have a relevant upper secondary education, preferably supplemented with purchasing training, and who have a few years of experience in operational purchasing or similar. You are a skilled administrator with good Excel skills and a general interest in systems. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Swedish citizenship is a requirement, and a background check will be conducted as part of the recruitment process.

As a person, you are service-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to create and maintain long-term relationships. You are solution-focused and have the ability to prioritize in a high-tempo environment. Additionally, you are a responsible individual who completes your tasks with structure and precision.
