About the Role
Golvabia is a small family-owned business in Småland with long experience in various types of flooring. We are now looking for a regional sales manager who wants to develop an established district with great potential in Värmland, Dalarna, Närke, and northern Västra Götaland.
In this role, you are responsible for driving and developing sales in the district. There is an existing customer base to build upon, while you actively create new business. You independently plan your customer visits, follow up on activities in CRM, and combine relationship building with a clear business focus.
Through regular customer meetings and inspiring product presentations, you contribute to strengthening Golvabia's brand and ensure that products are displayed correctly at the customer's site. You also participate in trade fairs, customer meetings, and sales meetings, as well as conduct product training for customers. Your customers are primarily within flooring, paint, and building supply retail, interior design, and contracting within flooring and tiling.
This is a role for you who thrives on being on the road. You are out with customers approximately four days a week and have around 50 overnight stays per year.
Your Profile
We believe that you:
- Have experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction, paint, flooring, interior design, or related areas.
- Have a strong business drive and the ability to build and develop customer relationships with a focus on clear goals and results.
- Have a pedagogical approach and the ability to educate, inspire, and create engagement among both store staff and contractors.
- Speak and write Swedish fluently.
