Responsibilities
As an outside sales representative for Svenska Fönster, you will play a key role in developing our retailers and strengthening our market position. You are responsible for planning, booking, and conducting customer visits in your district, working closely with our customers to create growth, business, and long-term value.
A central part of the role is to train and support our retailers in our digital tools, such as our customer portal. By helping customers use our digital solutions correctly, you make their daily lives easier, more efficient, and more profitable. You also train retailers in our products, range, and solutions, ensuring they feel confident selling Svenska Fönster to their own customers.
The second important part of the role involves larger project sales. Here, you work closely with the customer to understand their daily operations, needs, and challenges. You are not just selling products – you are selling value, solutions, and security. By being close to the market and understanding the customer's business, you contribute to solutions that create more value for both the retailer, the installer, and the end customer.
The role entails significant personal responsibility for the district, customer processing, activity planning, and sales budget.
Qualifications
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys being out with customers, building trust, and creating business over time. You are structured, self-motivated, and thrive taking responsibility for both planning, follow-up, and results.
As a person, you are positive, grounded, and business-driven. You have a talent for building relationships and understand the importance of being a present partner for customers – not just a supplier.
You enjoy training, explaining, and helping customers improve their own sales. At the same time, you have the ability to drive larger deals that require an understanding of customer needs, technical solutions, and commercial value. You are motivated by developing customers, creating structure, winning business, and building long-term collaborations.
Your Background
We believe you have:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience from the construction industry, building materials trade, industry, or a related field
- Experience selling windows to retailers, building supply stores, or installers is an advantage
- Experience working independently with own budget and district responsibility
- Ability to train customers in products, digital tools, and working methods
- Good structure in how you plan, execute, and follow up on customer activities
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Basic digital skills, e.g., Office, CRM systems, and customer portals
