As a retail sales assistant at Myrorna, your main task will be to be available for customers, listen to their needs, and ensure that the store inspires purchases. In addition to your primary role as a seller, your duties include customer service, cash register duties, valuation, window display, merchandising, warehouse work, unpacking goods, receiving shipments, and cleaning.

We are looking for sales assistants with various employment levels, ranging from weekend work up to 75%. In the application form, we ask you to specify which employment levels you are interested in.

Are you the one we are looking for? To succeed in this role, you have current retail experience from the retail sector, and we would appreciate it if you have worked with the visual expression in-store to ensure an inspiring store environment that creates a desire to buy through merchandising. As a person, you easily absorb new information and knowledge, giving you the prerequisites to quickly get into the role. You have strong social skills and the ability to create a good and trusting collaboration with your colleagues.

Since the conditions in the store can change from day to day, it is important that you thrive in a changing environment. You are structured, independent, service-oriented, flexible, enjoy working at a high pace, and can handle work that is sometimes physically demanding. Of course, you have an interest in fashion and interior design, and we assess that you need to master the Swedish language in speech and writing.

Myrorna is covered by a collective agreement, and for retail sales assistants, it is the retail trade agreement.
