Do you want to help customers find the best solutions while working in an energetic team driven by goals and competition? As a salesperson at Telia's store in Vällingby, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and, based on that, create tailored solutions.

My name is Yacoub Yono and I am the Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and the continuous learning. Our daily routine consists of supporting customers in finding the right products for both their daily lives and work lives. Cases range from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, and the latest mobile phones, to how corporate customers can set up or improve their phone systems. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions.

We are looking for you who loves building customer relationships, takes initiative, and is driven by finding the right solution for every customer – and of course, you enjoy selling (both in-store, via phone, and in other sales activities). Previous experience from sales and/or service roles is an advantage.

Practical requirements for this role are that you have a high school diploma and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
