About the role 🧡 As a Service Coordinator on the extinguishing systems and fire alarm department, you have a central role in Dafo's service operations. Your primary task is to provide first-class service and support both internally and externally to Dafo's customers, service technicians, and other employees. You will have a coordinating role involving case management, contract management, and some economic administration. You will have a varied workday with many points of contact, and will work in several different systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and Mobigo.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, and maintains a high service level!
Your closest team consists of a group of about 12 service technicians who work in the field, as well as another service coordinator and a project manager whom you will work very closely with at the office in Tyresö. In total, approximately 90 people work at the office.
Your responsibilities
- External and internal support to Dafo's customers, technicians, and other employees.
- Ongoing administration such as contract management, order processing, and invoicing.
- Incoming orders and handling of other matters via phone and email.
- Prepare cost estimates for contracts and service measures.
- Handover from installation projects to service.
- Coordinate and distribute work to the technicians.
- Receive fault reports.

Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with similar tasks, for example within customer service, order processing, or coordination.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, preferably knowledge of Excel and system proficiency.
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good English in speech and writing.
- Experience in contract management and economic administration (invoicing) is an advantage.
Note! For this role, an extract from the criminal record register and Swedish citizenship are required; the final candidate will undergo a background check. In the event of employment at Dafo, a security clearance will be conducted.

Scope and location
This is a direct recruitment with a 6-month probation period. The position is full-time with reduced working hours and schedules: 8-17 Mon-Thu and 8-15 on Fridays. You will be based at Dafo's office at Vindkraftsvägen 8 in Tyresö. Start immediately!
