Are you passionate about creating structure, providing first-class service, and supporting a successful team?

Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Torrevieja is now looking for an engaged, service-oriented, and proactive Broker Coordinator who wants to become the hub of our office. In this important role, you will support our real estate agents and contribute to the office running smoothly and efficiently, allowing the team to focus on what they do best – helping more customers find their dream home in Spain.

This is a varied position for you who thrive working with people, have an eye for order and structure, and appreciate a dynamic and international work environment.

Responsibilities

As a Broker Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to our real estate agents and other staff at the office.
  • Contribute to streamlining daily work so that our agents can focus on closing more successful residential transactions.
  • Be the face of the office, providing customers, partners, and visitors with a professional and warm welcome.
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently and is well-organized.
  • Coordinate administrative processes and ensure daily work flows smoothly.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with customers, agents, and external partners throughout the entire buying and selling process.
  • Contribute to a positive team spirit and deliver top-tier customer service.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience with the Spanish real estate market, preferably from a real estate agency.
  • Has fluent proficiency in Swedish, Spanish, and English, both spoken and written.
  • Has previous experience in administration, customer service, or office coordination.
  • Is comfortable working with digital systems and administrative tasks.
  • Is structured, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to others' success.
  • Has excellent communication and social skills.
  • Can work independently while being a team player.
  • Lives in Torrevieja or the surrounding area.
